20m Boom Lifts for Rent in Al-Kharj

What to consider when renting 20m boom lifts

Use this checklist when you compare offers for 20m boom lifts:

• Know your numbers: the specifications that matter most for 20m boom lifts are max working height, max horizontal outreach and platform capacity. Having them to hand makes quotes faster and more accurate.
• 20m boom lifts are usually hired without an operator unless the listing says otherwise; if your crew is not qualified to run one, ask for an operator with the machine.
• Check working height and outreach against the actual task. Working height assumes a person standing on the platform, so the platform floor is lower than the figure quoted.
• Ask for the registration, inspection and operator documents your site or client requires before the machine arrives.
• Share the site location, access route and start date so the supplier can confirm availability for your dates.

What the 20m class means

On Arabian Tool, the 20m class groups boom lifts whose max working height falls roughly between 17 and 24 metres. Each machine is placed in the nearest class to its actual specification.

Working height assumes a person standing on the platform, so the platform floor is typically a couple of metres lower than the figure quoted. Check horizontal outreach as well as height before choosing a class.

Not sure which class you need? Describe the job in your request and ask the supplier to confirm the size. You can also look at 14m boom lifts, 10m boom lifts, 28m boom lifts and 40m boom lifts.

What affects the price of renting 20m boom lifts

Two quotes for 20m boom lifts can differ widely for good reasons. Check these factors when you compare:

• Site and access: remote sites, restricted access and special permits can add cost.
• Machine size and age: larger, newer or better-equipped machines are priced higher.
• VAT: listed rates are in SAR and exclude VAT, which is added to the final invoice where it applies.
