28m Boom Lifts for Rent in Dhahran

What to consider when renting 28m boom lifts

Hiring 28m boom lifts goes more smoothly when the basics are settled before you ask for prices. These points shape the quote:

• Start from the specification: max working height, max horizontal outreach and platform capacity are what separate one set of 28m boom lifts from another, so note them down before you ask for rates.
• 28m boom lifts are usually hired without an operator unless the listing says otherwise; if your crew is not qualified to run one, ask for an operator with the machine.
• Make sure your crew has the familiarisation and fall-protection equipment the site requires, and ask whether the supplier can provide it.
• Confirm the minimum rental period, the daily, weekly or monthly rate, and what happens when the machine stands idle on site.
• Share the site location, access route and start date so the supplier can confirm availability for your dates.

What the 28m class means

On Arabian Tool, the 28m class groups boom lifts whose max working height falls roughly between 24 and 34 metres. Each machine is placed in the nearest class to its actual specification.

Working height assumes a person standing on the platform, so the platform floor is typically a couple of metres lower than the figure quoted. Check horizontal outreach as well as height before choosing a class.

Not sure which class you need? Describe the job in your request and ask the supplier to confirm the size. You can also look at 14m boom lifts, 20m boom lifts, 10m boom lifts and 40m boom lifts.

What affects the price of renting 28m boom lifts

Quotes for 28m boom lifts differ from supplier to supplier. These are the factors that move the price:

• Operator and fuel: check whether the rate is for the machine alone or includes an operator, fuel and overtime.
• Machine size and age: larger, newer or better-equipped machines are priced higher.
• VAT: listed rates are in SAR and exclude VAT, which is added to the final invoice where it applies.
